The Wilson Mining Occupational Health & Safety Management System is developed in accordance with ISO 45001 and is subject to regular internal and third party audits. Strong safety leadership through all levels of the business, rigorous Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Processes underpins our Management System. We integrate safety into all business practices and are proactive to drive improvements in equipment, processes, work methods, and individual and group performances.

Health

There is a fundamental link between a healthy mind, healthy body and a productive employee. Unavoidably, all our employees are not immune from the challenges embodied in society so we do what we can to influence our team to make good personal decisions and support them when the going gets tough.
