I have been working for Wilson Mining since 2010. Quickly gaining skills in all forms of strata consolidation, secondary support and construction of VCD’s. I began my leadership roles with WM in 2014 Supervising crews at multiple UG Longwall Operations performing cavity filling and ground consolidation. I have extended my experience into site project coordination roles, performing work scheduling, training, coaching and mentoring; and arranging equipment maintenance plans.

I then further my learnings by undertaking training and assessing roles, sharing my experience with colleagues and performing training at various sites for both the client and contractor workforces. I have implemented our processes as various mine sites, including brining new products to the market and new technology. During my tenure at Wilson Mining I was promoted to the QLD Operations Coordinator role and through the award of new contracts and fixed term projects, I was promoted after 6 months to QLD Operations Manager. Through my leadership Wilson Mining has been able to imbed their workforce at new projects and steer the company through the Mastermyne Acquisition of Wilson Mining.

I have undertaken tertiary studies, Gaining my Diploma of Project Management and furthering my capability as leader within the Coal Mining Sector.

Currently I manage the QLD division of Wilson Mining and also a project lead on several Product Development and Innovation projects, which have been employed at several of our clients operations. I am also currently sitting on a Recognised Standard Committee as a technical content expert in polymerics where I am performing testing and trails of our products to better determine the capabilities and safe working parameters in our field.
