Close location to my residency, family and friends.
How has WM helped with your career development?
Starting as a workshop labourer, I was fortunate enough to be offered a mechanical engineering apprenticeship to further my career.
What is your proudest achievement since starting work with WM?
My proudest achievement would be being offered an apprenticeship.
What has been the best part about working at WM?
Working with a good team and learning new things everyday.
What are the challenges?
Dynamic working environment and learning new skills.
What do you see as the best thing happening at WMS on the horizon?
Continual development of new processes and products.
