WM has approximately 85 employees working across multiple sites in NSW and QLD. Our employees possess the appropriate competency, experience and on-going training associated with the specialist products and services we offer to clients.
LABOUR HIRE ARRANGEMENTS
WM has a range of contracts involving the provision of labour to satisfy the needs of our customers. These arrangements include:
- Routine labour support services whereby WM labour operate in regular crews eg Longwall bullgangs, secondary support
- Adhoc labour support services for emergency work whereby WM labour is deployed to mines at short notice for defined periods primarily for longwall fall recovery work
